Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, that is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt. 5. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

How can I return my order? 
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process.

Make sure the email contains the following:
  • Order number 
  • Reason for return request 
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage Customer's first name + last name 
  • Customer address

We will take contact to you then and give you the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us for it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Liora London of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
